Derived from wheat germ Triticum vulgare, native to southwest and Central Asia. It is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids (44% linoleic acid, 10% linolenic acid, butyric, palmitic and stearic acids). Contains vitamins A, D and a significant amount of vitamin E.
