Green-blue algae rich in complete protein with a set of 18 amino acids (approx. 60% of the volume). It is also a natural source of iron, magnesium, selenium, potassium, B vitamins (especially B12) and many other valuable micro - and macronutrients. The dyes contained in algae – chlorophyll and phytocyanin – help the digestive, metabolic and cleansing processes in the body. In addition to these two main colors, spirulina contains various forms of beta-carotene and valuable essential fatty acids. Spirulina slows down the aging process, makes up for the lack of nutrients, reduces the surface tension of the epidermis.
